With the Welfare team, the Culture & Traditions team is the most important team of MBMB and their activities are multiple.
- The Culture & Traditions team includes Ziloka, a group of musicians (mainly drummers) and dancers. Ziloka deliver outstanding performances of traditional Caribbean music and dance (Gwo Ka, Bele, Haitian rythms, etc.) all around UK.

- The Culture & Traditions team is in charge of “Kilti Ka“ workshops – Ka (name of the drum) culture. A variety of rhythms from the French West Indies and Haiti are explored. The rhythms feature a strong African influence and can be associated to joy, rebellion, charm, resistance, carnival, sorrow, meditation, spirituality, seduction. These workshops are drum, singing or dance lessons.
- The Culture & Tradition team is also responsible for delivering courses about the Creole culture and the Creole language.
